Accounts Payable and Travel Operations

Our team provides financial services and business support to the university and helps fulfill the university financial obligations in accordance with CSU, State, IRS policy and regulations. Our services include expense reimbursements, vendor payments, and travel operations. We are dedicated to supporting your needs while balancing oversight from various stakeholders, auditors and ultimately, the taxpayer.

Accounts Payable

What is Accounts Payable? When the university owes money, we handle the payment, record, and tax obligations incurred by campus departments. We send electronic payments on Monday & Wednesdays, and physical checks on Tuesday & Thursdays. Payees are highly encouraged to sign up for electronic payments.
